What data do we process?

For the commercial contact form, we process the name, company name, e-mail address, optional phone number, enquiry type and message. The main-site contact form similarly transmits the name, e-mail address, phone number and message.

Why do we use it?

We use the data to respond to the enquiry, arrange discussions and, where a proposal is requested, prepare an initial proposal. We do not create marketing lists or automated newsletters from these enquiries.

Who can access it?

Enquiries are delivered to the info@tacs.me mailbox. Where necessary for answering or preparing a proposal, an independent professional partner may receive only the information needed for the task, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security expectations.

How long do we keep it?

We retain the data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and meet any applicable contractual or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Questions about retention can be sent to info@tacs.me.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you may object where applicable. Send requests to info@tacs.me. You may also contact the competent data protection supervisory authority.

Legal basis and supervisory authority

Handling an enquiry is necessary for pre-contractual discussion, and responding to it and preparing a proposal is also based on our legitimate interest. Malta’s data protection supervisory authority is the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
